You can purchase from the country you prefer but we can only ship your order to addresses located in the country of your choice. When you change country, shipping methods, delivery points and other conditions of sale will be updated.

*Mango has made every effort to display the colours of the items as realistically as possible. However, the colour of the garments that appear on the screen may be subject to changes depending on the quality of your computer monitor. Therefore, Mango cannot guarantee that the colours that appear on your monitor are a true representation of the actual colours.

In addition, the characteristics of the natural materials used in the manufacture of some of the products may vary in texture and colour. These variations will not be considered as quality defects or flaws.

Special offers, promotions or discounts will be valid until the indicated date or while stocks last.

Likewise, Mango makes every effort to ensure that the information contained on the Website is complete, truthful and correct. If there is an error in any data, Mango will rectify it

Purchasing procedure

  1. The items you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the shopping basket, by clicking on the corresponding icon.
  2. The shopping basket contains the reference of the selected item, its name, size, colour and price in the corresponding currency (taxes included). The quoted price does not include transport costs, which will vary according to the delivery method selected.
  3. To make a purchase, the customer’s personal data will be required. These data will be incorporated into our database in order to process the order and, where appropriate, facilitate new purchases through the Website. Personal data provided by customers will be processed in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Policy. The customer will at all times be able to access the personal data provided and information on the orders placed. Mango reminds customers that personal data must be accurately specified to avoid confusion or incidents in shipping the item(s) purchased In addition, the customer, if expressly requested, will receive personalised commercial communications tailored to their profile by email and/or SMS.
  4. Before placing an order, the customer will be presented with an order summary identifying the product(s) added to the shopping bag, the total price (transport and taxes included), with each of the itemised items and the shipping details of the order, so the customer can confirm the order by clicking the “Confirm Payment” button.

If before confirming the payment you detect an error in your order, you can modify any detail by clicking on the ‘Edit’ or ‘Delete’ buttons. If you detect an error in your order once the payment process has finalised, please contact our Customer Service.

Once the order has been placed, the order number will be communicated through the Website so that the customer can track it from their device at all times. In addition, an automatic e-mail message will be sent to the address given by the customer to acknowledge receipt of the order with a description of the order and including the personal data provided. Non-receipt of this message may be due to a transitional problem of communications in the network or the wrong email address being given. In both cases, Mango recommends that the customer contacts Customer Service. Similarly, an e-mail will be sent to the user confirming that the product has been dispatched.

5. Receipt of the above order acknowledgement does not signify Mango’s acceptance of the order. The customer’s order constitutes an offer to Mango to purchase the product(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by Mango. Mango is not obliged to accept the order and may, at its discretion, refuse to accept it. The customer, however, acknowledges that by clicking the “Confirm payment” button, they acquire the obligation to pay for the product(s) when Mango accepts the order. In this regard, when Mango accepts the order it will notify the customer through a new email confirming that the order has been despatched or, where appropriate, that it is available for collection (the “Confirmation”). Without prejudice to point 3.5. below, the contract between the customer and Mango in relation to the product(s) ordered will be deemed to have been concluded when Mango sends Confirmation to the customer.

The Contract will relate solely to the product(s) listed in the Confirmation. Mango will not be obliged to supply any unconfirmed product(s).

Availability of products

All orders are subject to product availability. If at the time the order is issued Mango detects insufficient stock in its warehouses of any of the products included in the order, Mango will try to locate the product by other means within its reach. If such availability proves impossible, the customer will be notified immediately. In addition, the amount of the item paid for but not shipped will be refunded to the customer in the following days, through the same means of payment used in the purchase.

Right to the non-acceptance/cancellation of an order

Mango may cancel any Confirmed order or not accept an order placed for the following reasons:

  1. In the event of a technical and/or typographical error in the prices or other product details contained on the Website when the order was placed.
  2. Through non-availability as described in point 3.4 above.
  3. When security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.
  4. When there are reasons that suggest the client is a minor.
  5. When Mango has not been able to deliver the order to the address given by the customer.
  6. When there is a computer attack, virus or any event that is beyond the reasonable control (force majeure) of Mango.

In such cases, Mango will reimburse in full the amounts that have been paid in accordance with the provisions of section VI below.

Price and payment

Payment and currency

The prices on the Website are shown in NOK.

The customer can buy from the country of their choice If during the purchasing procedure the customer changes the delivery address and the country of destination is changed, the prices and availability of items shown in the final summary of the order will be updated.

The prices of the products may change at any time but the potential changes will not affect the orders in which Mango has sent Confirmation to the customer.

Value Added Tax

All prices of products listed on this Website include VAT at the rate in force.

Payment methods

Mango will only accept payments made by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express), via PayPal or Klarna.

Payment by credit or debit card
Mango accepts payments for purchases made via its Website with the following credit or debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express.

For payments by credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, in other words, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial entity, once it has been confirmed that the data sent by the user is correct.

Payment via PayPal
Mango will process the payment via the Paypal system.

Payment via Klarna

Mango will process the payment via the Pay later in 14 days and the Monthly financing systems. Customers must pay their order's corresponding amount on the reception of the same.

Personal identification number will be needed to proceed with this payment method. The delivery address must be the same as the address registered with the customer's Personal number in order to ensure that the customer is who claims to be.

With Pay later in 14 days, customers can buy their items now and pay within 14 days. Klarna will send the customers the invoice by email.

With Monthly financing, the payment can be splitted in 3 to 24 months and the amount payed each month can be chosen by the customer. This payment method has an administration fee of 45,00 kr.

Payment security

In order to offer maximum security in the payment system, Mango uses the secure payment systems of the leading financial entities in e-commerce. Therefore, all confidential data is transferred directly and in an encrypted format (SSL) to the corresponding financial entity. For payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Mango only accepts SET transactions (Secure Electronic Transactions) using the 3D Secure international protocol, which can be identified by the Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express Safekey logos. The basic aim of the Secure Electronic Transactions initiative is to guarantee the security of Internet transactions. When you make payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically check whether the credit card has been activated for Secure Electronic Transactions. Next, it will connect with the issuing bank of the card, which will request authorisation for the operation via a personal authentication code. The operation will only proceed if the issuing bank of the card confirms the authentication code. In all other cases, the transaction will be rejected. We also have the GeoTrust SSL safety certificate for online transactions.

As a complementary measure to the ‘Secure payment’ system, and in order to collaborate in the prevention of Internet fraud, Mango reserves the right to check the personal details provided by customers and to take the appropriate steps (including the cancellation of the order) in order to ensure that goods are dispatched in accordance with the data that is stated on the order.

Purchase limit

Purchases in excess of kr 12.000 or containing more than 40 products are not allowed. Customers interested in making purchases in excess of that amount or quantity for other purposes such as resale should contact Customer Service, where they will be informed about the different options available to make the desired purchase.

Delivery

The product risk will be borne by the customer from the time of delivery

The shipment of products purchased through the Website will be made through a courier company and will be delivered in approximately 2 to 7 working days. Delivery is free for orders over kr 500, and charged at kr 59 in the case of orders below this amount.

In order to avoid any delivery problems (incorrect addresses, nobody at home, etc.), you must complete the applicable form correctly and it is advisable to leave a contact telephone number in the corresponding field.

Orders can be tracked through the Website which will indicate at all times, where the product(s) is/are through to final delivery.

The delivery cost is calculated according to the delivery method chosen and the total price of the products purchased.The exact transport price will be calculated by including each item in the shopping bag and will be broken down on the purchase summary page before the order is confirmed by the customer by clicking on the ‘Confirm payment’ button and before entering payment details.

Orders cannot be delivered to military bases or PO boxes.

The delivery charges may be altered at any time without prior notice. This change will be applicable from the time when the modification is included in these Conditions of Sale. In any case, those shipping costs that appear at the time of placing the order will be valid.

Exchanges and/or returns policy

Exchange and/or returns conditions

If once the purchase is received the customer is not satisfied, Mango allows them to exchange the size of the item purchased or return it, within 30 days, counting from the dispatch date, as long as the garment has not been used or is not damaged. Accordingly, Mango will not be able to accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged garments (as long as it is not a defect). For reasons of hygiene, underwear and toiletries have a protective device that prevents them from being tested or worn. If you wish to return such items, it is imperative that they retain the label and the protective device.

Changing from one model to another will not be allowed, only the size can be changed. To exchange one item for another, you must return it and make a new purchase.

All returns of purchased items must be carefully packaged and include the delivery note or return form duly completed.

If you do not have this delivery note at the time of the exchange or return, you can download the return form by accessing the order detail page (in My orders in My account section if you are registered or in the Orders section if you are not) available at Mangooutlet.com.

Postal exchanges and/or returns

Exchanging a garment for another size or returning a garment is possible by post, at the following address:

In such cases, Mango recommends sending the return by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.

The postage expenses of items being exchanged or returned shall be borne by the customer and under no circumstances will Mango accept returns sent carriage due.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without the need to justify this.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which the customer receives the goods. The right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the case of pre-sealed underwear that has been unsealed after delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify us of the decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail):

The customer may use this template form although its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication relating to the exercise of this right be sent prior to expiry of the corresponding period.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse the customer with all payments received after purchase, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive method of ordinary delivery we offer) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make this refund employing the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly provided for otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until the customer has provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is fulfilled first.

The customer will return the goods to us or deliver them directly to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which they notify us of their decision to withdraw from the contract. The time limit will be deemed to have been met if the goods are returned before the time limit has expired.

To proceed to the return of the goods the customer will be able to use the services that Mango Outlet place at their disposal, which are: the free-of-charge return in Mango Outlet stores, and the return by post, which will have an additional cost that the customer will have to pay.

Refunds

Once the product(s) is/are received, Mango will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to send the required size if an exchange has been requested or will proceed to refund the amount employing the same method of payment used in the purchase in the case of return.

The refund period can range from 3 to 12 working days from the time the return is received at Mango’s warehouse. Once the status of the returned items has been verified, the customer will be informed by email.

The refund of returned items will always be made in the same form of payment used in the purchase.

In the event that Mango has mistakenly shipped an item other than the one requested or the quality of the item shipped is not adequate, Mango, once the error or defect has been verified, will pay the amount of the returned item and the shipping costs. In the event that a wrong order or an order with a defect is returned by ordinary post, Mango will pay for return transport provided that the customer encloses proof of the return costs in the return package. The reimbursement of the transport will be made after the refund of the items.

To credit payment of orders paid by bank transfer, the customer must provide Mango with an IBAN code to be able to pay the corresponding amount. The IBAN code must belong to a bank in the country to which the order is sent.

Warranties

To customers who make purchases as consumers, Mango offers warranties on the products marketed through the Website/Application for any non-conformities regarding the same that become apparent within a period of three (3) years from delivery of the product.

In the absence of proof to the contrary, it shall be presumed that any non-conformities that become apparent within two (2) years of delivery of the product already existed when the product was delivered.

Consequently, if any of the products do not conform to the contract, the customer should notify Mango by any of the communication methods set out below.

Assignment and waiver of rights

The customer cannot assign or transfer a contract or any of the rights or obligations arising therefrom without the prior written consent of Mango.

No waiver by Mango of a specific right of action under this contract will constitute a waiver of other rights or actions unless expressly given in writing.

The right to modify these terms and conditions

Mango may modify these terms and conditions at any time without, under any circumstances, being able to apply them retroactively.
