What is the deadline for collecting an order in store or at a collection point?

  • In store (service temporarily suspended): you have 15 days from the arrival of the order at the store. We will notify you by e-mail so you can collect it. If the delivery deadline has passed and you have not received the e-mail, contact the store to check if your order has arrived.
  • At the collection point (PostNord): you have 14 days from the arrival of the order at the collection point. We will notify you by e-mail so you can collect it. If you have not been able to collect within that period, contact the transport company to check if the order is still there. If it has been returned, you will receive the refund for the order as soon as we receive it in our warehouse.
